Game is almost unplayable

i have 4080 super aero, ryzen 5 7600x, 32gb ram, 1gb internet speed. I consider this system to be between high and medium, but I've never experienced this much lag in any game. Especially when killing a boss, it suddenly freezes and I wait for the gears to appear, or when starting map with low-latency, the latency suddenly surpasses 1k, and this lag constantly fluctuates every 10 seconds, rendering the map or boss meaningless because I don't even understand what I'm playing. The gear screen was buggy at the beginning of this season, but after the patch, this lag issue was added, and suddenly the screen lockup increased dramatically. The season is a four-month period, but it's as if ggg is offering a one-month, play-and-stop service right now.

Their servers are not fast enough to transfer data. Any online gamer should know what i m saying. For instance , when you fight/kill density mobs servers are calculating like this ;

1- Bad grounds (chill,ignited etc)
2- Corpse explosion , dot grounds.
3- Item drops
4- Your damage dealth and taken (from offscreen)
5- If these calculations going perfect than your system checked.
6- Your system is old upgrade it even the game optimisation is bad.

9800x3d , 32 gb 6000mhz ram and RTX4070 - 4k High/Ultra here. The worst FPS drop was 117 to 59 ( i m using 120hz monitor).

Vulkan gives me bad perfomance i use Dx12 however Dx12 also crashing sometimes ( screen goes black , loading cranks and whole is dark but playable)

did you put in enough coals for the boot sequence?

i doubt even poe1 runs on these specs
