Currency drops feel worse than before, even at the same amount of rarity/quant

there is a night and day difference between 0.3 unjuiced map loot and 0.3.1 FULLY JUICED map loot. I 100% was dropping more frequent divines pre-patch, even with lower rarity and quant maps.

What makes it extra bad is that item rarity on gear STILL effects EVERY FARM IN THE GAME. Which makes anyone who is behind fall even further behind.
