Freeze/Shatter visual effects……gone?

Yeah, shatter animation is gone for me too. Ruins the fun of ice builds. RTX 4070ti. Doesn't matter if dynamic culling is on or off, and tried Vulcan and Dx12

All the excitement is gone from the game! It was great to smash frozen mobs into small pieces, especially on the fly! Where is all this now and when will it come back to us?

It's happening with me on PS5 too for quite some time, switched from my cold sorceress to a bleed ranger because of it...
