Still happening, in addition to the fact that skills which are on a keybind from the grafts, reset their Always Attack Without Moving option on a zone change, just like the visual hiding.

Adding my +1 to this as well. No issues with my initial character, but the ranger I just rerolled keeps showing her extra arms no matter how many times I tell her to put them away.
