Hard agree, now they just need to adjust the skills to be on the same level tune down those that are strong, and give power to those that are weak.

"Same, except I'm not sure 0.4 really gave me much hype in terms of content (unless the druid additions really shake up the game that much). A lot of the balance changes sound great. Lots of Skills got buffed (my off-meta "vision" main for this League got several significant buffs from what I understand). I wonder if Monsters should scale their Defenses from +0-2% for T1-T15 Maps and +2.5-3% for T16-T17's or something. I'm not sure increasing HP will be enough to really balance it out. Removing Homo sounds really really rough, so hopefully they come up with a good replacement for it and soon. Especially w/ Abyss not being the League mechanic from here on. I really hope I love the Vaal dungeon mechanic for this League. I'm maybe a generous 60:40, in-favor, rn. But obviously playing it myself is the real test. Reducing +Skill Mods on gear seems like a solid move. Especially in combination with all the buffs to Skills and Ascendancies and hopefully the Passive Tree. I wonder if they made the mods a bit harder to roll as well, if that would be a good move in terms of keeping it as a chase-line. "I wake up every sunrise underneath my RNGesus poster to pray that we get something like this. Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.
