Why Nerf so hard the Supp-GEM Nova Projectiles so hard??

I was just about to play my favorite build and got Nova Projectile 2 and I was like.. WTF is this cool down.

Wow, way to ruin a build that was fun and completely destroy so many builds.
This is like Hexblast all over again I can't get a single fucking build that I like that doesn't get nerfed.

I think I'm done with this game for awhile, these nerfs are fucking ridiculous.
