TEXTURES NOT LOADING PoE 2 0.4

once in a while, screen froze and/bc the textures loading. But this wont stay long. The bug repeated again.

Have the same problem. Some times buged textures stay a while, other times they become normal when changing zones. Fully restarting game fixes it for a while. Didnt have this in previouse leagues.
