Bump, happened twice to me today

Pinning "Zotlec, High priest" (Temple/vaal ruin random boss spawn) breaks his AI, starts to burrow into the ground throwing up debris but never resurfaces.

Stays at roundabout 2-5% HP and invulnerable underground. Leaving and reentering map does not remedy it, nor does waiting an extended time.

The debris does damage to player.

No rewards or crystals from the vaal ruin.
