I can't really give feedback on the Abyss tree because there is no reason to actually play. You login and just waste time right now. Vaal gives no rewards, and from the announcement it looks like it'll still be bad. Economy is already completely wrecked so trading is mostly out of reach for 99% of us. What's the point?
Kind of agree, imagine they would have actually removed all the currency people made by abusing the unintended abyss interaction. Banning was never an option, since you correctly stated they need the streamers to glaze their vision, so imagine what would happen if they had to ban exactly those cause they made the insane profit while the interaction was not patched yet.
