anyone know if the support gem commiserate is not working as intended? the "40% more shock" mod doesn't seem to be working. get to fixing, ggg!

Please fix ur europe servers. The game right now is unplayable with immense lag spikes on frankfurt, milan, stockholm etc servers
i pinged google, fine always 8 ms no packetlosses i pinged your homepage, fine always 10 ms no packetlosses i start poe2, try to play the game since 3 hours, lagspikes up to 18k ms? WTF |

Fixed a bug where Bahlak, the Sky Seer could fail to deactivate its Tornado skill. ty

Lunar Blessing's cooldown now recovers while the buff is active, the cooldown has been increased from 10 seconds to 22 seconds as a result.
