Unable to complete "Synthflesh Sanctum II" in temple

Penultimate room before architect, 2 mobs remaining (architect and presumably a bugged mob in Synthflesh Lab Tier 2.

Unfortunately respawning at checkpoint allowed me to re-enter the room but still could not progress and am trapped/blocked from completing the run.

Still in issue here. This is really frustrating

Still happening. Finally, after being stuck with no connectable rooms for ages, I made to the Architect for the first time at level 90 and got stuck three rooms before. I might just rage quit the entire season.
