0.4 (just like d4) is bad... Why should I give a f**k if you dont?

Beta? The fact that the developers call it "Early Access" doesn't mean that it actually is one. If a game receives regular leagues every 3–4 months, a ton of new MTXs, additional stash tabs (which aren't transferred from PoE1 - even though they could be, for example omens and socketables as a fragment tab), then this isn't a beta to me.

As I wrote at the beginning of the post, the developers are treating this product like a fully released game, so as a player I have no reason to treat it any differently than the way they themselves want to be treated. Apparently reading forum posts is not for you; I suggest you come back to the forum after you learn how to read.

So... it's not Early Access (beta) because they

1. Add new endgame content that is obviously planned to be part of the core game.

2. Add methods of income that are optional and relatively low effort.

3. Add methods on income that are obviously planned core content.

You do know that Early Access is a FUNDING model for games in pre-release states, like... Beta.

GGG is owned by Tencent, so funding is clearly not the issue here - especially when they're paying streamers every league for promotion. And no, I wouldn't care about new MTXs at all if the migration of PoE1 MTXs wasn't moving at a painfully slow pace. Instead, we keep getting new mystery box MTXs, which are anything but "low effort" and are very clearly designed to push gambling or force players to wait multiple leagues to buy them outright.

This is a feedback forum. I gave feedback. You don't have to agree with it - but stop hiding behind the "it's a beta" excuse just because the developers say so. The game gets content updates in exactly the same way PoE1 does: "large", infrequent patches every 3–4 months, marketed as league-style releases. By that logic, PoE1 would still be in beta. We've been in "Early Access" for a year now and have received three new mechanics so far. The latest one (vaal temple) isn't worth engaging with at all, even after patch - the rewards are poor and the interface is badly designed, making it unintuitive and frustrating. On top of that, we got two new classes, shapeshifting, and a handful of ascendancies. That's it. For comparison, Phrecia - a one-month, one-off event added 19 ascendancies with a much smaller team.

If the goal was actually to release the game as soon as possible, we would be getting smaller, more frequent patches and ongoing improvements instead of this slow, hands-off approach. Instead, development is being handled in the exact same way as PoE1 leagues - complete with streamer marketing campaigns - clearly optimized to extract money from both existing and new players. Maybe take a step back, read more feedback, and approach the developers a bit more critically. Their current priority clearly isn't polishing the game toward 1.0, but extracting as much money as possible from players before it gets there.

Bro if you are getting frustrated at a game...its time to log off and relax for a bit. Games should never make you mad. Its not the games faults that a you problem.

All those badges and you haven't caught on that the beta never ends.

I'm not talking about myself. I don't care about this dogshit mechanic. Watch some Exiled Again videos and you'll know what I'm talking about ;)
