Rest assured that's an actual person responding to you. They don't read every chat message, but if someone reports you for any reason, it will be reviewed at some point. They are quite strict on not having politics being discussed in global chats as it's always divisive and people get heated quickly, especially when someone makes a rather silly comment such as "healthcare is a scam"
Just stop making comments about politics and you're good. What's the issue? The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

Surely a human would understand "Politics is a scam" would be considered as "Discussion of Politics", or inviting such a discussion? Maybe even a "commenting on the state of politics"? |

1. Politics is, objectively, the subject of that sentence. Healthcare is not. Scams are not. Politics is. No person fluent in English & operating in good faith would argue this point.
