Its funny how you guys think doing bad reviews on steam based on one patch will make the game better. You should be ashamed, you are no kids.
Also, alot of people write about quitting the game forever, yet the numbers in steam dont drop, so... If you have the need to rage review because of your temples then you should not play any EA game whasoever.

clueless.. negative reviews are there because they spit in our faces

Yet I'm having fun in game. I play SSF and never got so many uniques and currency in any league. You are only mad because you can't get 100 divines per one run? It was literally exploiting. I'm glad they removed it so there are less cheaters like you who make the game worse

Except they didn't fix temple. Every legacy temple is still printing while there is no way actually to build the temple. If buildling a large temple is exploit, ggg did nothing to fix the exploit. They only thing GGG did was to make it harder to build temple, while allowing every legacy temple remains in full functionality. "Nerfed" loot is still 5-10x better than everything you can do in maps and 2-5x better than trial of chaos/sekhemas with lucky drops.

It looks like you dont get it. 2 days of the last weekends before work. last chance to relax and have some one time experience.

Yes bad reviews do make sense they make developers think and talk because they have investors and new player base is crucial part of the business.

So, new players should not play the game because there are 1000 cheaters that abused the Temple for profit and cant get it anymore. Thats really clever :)

Why dont you just play the game and relax then? There are many things to do rather then exploiting temple building. You spend hundreds of hours in game yet you cry about 2 days.. Are you even grown up?

You have a very strong opinions considering how ignorant you are on the situation, these 1000 people you talk about are in a good spot and their temples are still printing currency.

It funny how you completely miss the reason why everyone complaining, no one complaining cause they nerfed the loot, everyone complaining about the lock changes that make it so building temples are now practically impossible, anyone who was in the process of building a temple just wasted their time with this change.

No, you are missing the point. GGG can do whatever they wanna do with their game and dont owe anyone explanation. You have no authority to demand anything.
And. They only fixed one mechanic of temple building, making 60 rooms chain was never the intend of this mechanic. You should not be so fixed on one thing in the game, if its too rewarding its basically exploit and will get fixed. Like everyhing in PoE history.
I'm still getting the best loot in PoE 2 ever without any chains in Temple. And guess what, the patch didnt change it for me. SO.. When there are 1000 people that cry about quitting because they cant think of any other solution to their temples it wont affect the remaining 100 000 that are playing right now...

You don't wait 2 weeks for people to waste their time in the league mechanics then kill it off, and in the dev QNA at 39:46, Jonathan himself state it intended for people to build huge temples with a lot of rooms for rewards but is extra hard for endgame. Just because you weren't interacting with the main league mechanic doesn't invalidate other people frustrations cause of the time they wasted due to GGG breaking their promise about mid league changes. Hopes it helps that some people enjoy stuff that maybe you don't enjoy.

You just literally made yourself a point :-D GGG is not banning people, they just fix exploits. They fixed the temple so no new character is able to do 60 room chains. Thats the intent. Yes they will not ban the cheaters that already do it. But also. Its just an EA and you still can play SSF and not be affected by it :)
You are having such a blast this league, that u stay with f5 on the forum instead on the maps. Says much.
My goal for this league was to get temporalis.
It will never drop.
With my current average f 7 div per temple it will take me 757 temple runs to afford it, assuming my temple stays at current amount of rooms.

757 temple runs is not something i want to do, therefor i quit.

This negative association with the game means i am less likely to return next league, i am now trained, by GGG, to associate this game with meaningless rewards and endless grinding.

GGG is so greedy they are about to lose it all.

Oh come on. IF you could press F1 in game and have 1 000 000 gold you think that wouldnt be fixed? Its nonsense to farm 100 divines in one run in temple. Never was intended to do so. So if you were abusing it and now you cant. Thats not really GGG's problem. The rewards are still extreme

Holy reading comprehension, why do you keep bringing up 100 divines like that is the reason why people are complaining, NO ONE is complaining about the nerf loot, people are complaining that you cannot build a temple anymore even if the loot is nerf because they enjoy building the temple instead of running maps over and over.

Dont forget GGG is partially owned by RMT business owners, meaning if we are able to farm currency by simply playing the game - they lose income.

This is the real problem with this game as is, you can farm for hundreds of hours and never progress in any meaningful way, as drops are set to starvation levels on purpose in order to drive traffic to their side business.

It is not a secret that owners of GGG, eg Aaron Chiccelli, are owners of several RMT businesses, and this explains many of GGG's strange decisions made both in present and past leagues.

TLDR; They would rather kill the game than let you earn sufficient amounts of currency and/or great items simply by playing.

If something doesnt make sense, follow the money.

He hasn't been a shareholder for a long time

And now they are fully owned by Tencent, whose involvement in RMT at one point was so extensive that the [Removed by Support] felt it was endangering the stability of the yuan, their currency.

GGG is not partially owned, they are fully owned, by Tencent.
