My issue has never been about the 30 dollars itself. What mattered to me was spending my long-awaited 3–4 day vacation—after weeks of waiting—setting up my temple and actually enjoying the game, just like others did. That opportunity was taken away from me.

What makes this worse is that there was not even a proper apology, nor any meaningful attempt to restore player goodwill. Instead, the only response offered was a token solution, while a full refund of a mere 30 dollars was apparently considered too much.

As a player, seeing a company unable—or unwilling—to refund such a small amount after causing this level of frustration says a lot. Because of this experience, I have lost all trust in this company and no longer wish to play the game.

You can consider those 30 dollars a gift from me. I sincerely hope we do not cross paths again.

Yes, I locked the temple. But why then were the rooms inaccessible?
several rooms in a row could be deleted, not randomly
