That video shows exactly why those boss fights aren't good:
1. The bosses almost exclusively use AOE attacks which cover a way too large area and/or last too long
2. The bosses never even attempt to dodge attacks and are nothing but glorified turrets.
If bosses in PoE2 would do less AOE attacks and would be able to dodge some player attacks, those fights would be much more dynamic and fun...
Sir, this is an ARPG, not a darksouls game.

Sir, this is no excuse. GGG wants "meaningful combat" and enabling the bosses and some of the mobs to dodge (or block) attacks and instead tone done the spam attacks would be one step in the right direction.
