CPU load and shader are through the roof, single digit fps while moving or in combat. Game is unplayable after today's hotfix. I also tried changing some graphics settings but get "Deadlock Detected" and the game crashes whenever I click any settings. Try setting your monitor refresh rate to 60hz > start the game and login to your char > exit the game > change back to 144hz. This fixed it for me(at least for now).
