About that free christmas mtx box we were supposed to get...

We were supposed to receive the boxes on January 8th. As I’m writing this, it’s January 30th, and there’s still no sign of the MTX or the boxes.
But this works both ways. In PoE2, we were promised full access to our MTX from PoE1, yet a significant portion remains unavailable. Given that PoE2 is currently in Early Access, that isn't much of an issue.

However, what I find incomprehensible is the reassurance given to PoE1 players: "Don't worry, you’ll get your MTX here in two weeks as well." PoE1 players who aren't fans of PoE2 (myself included) bought those mystery boxes specifically to have cool new cosmetics in PoE1.

Unfortunately friends, we’ve been sidelined (once again). We aren't getting any official updates on what’s happening, despite having spent our money. Of course, we won't get anything in return for this broken promise—after all, "we already get so much for free"—but it doesn't change the fact that we are being ignored. It feels like GGG is neglecting their flagship game in favor of its newer counterpart and the new players who might pour money into it.

Personally, I’ll continue to buy Supporter Packs to support work of graphic designers, but I’m done believing the constant promises of "buy this now, but you’ll get it in the next update/at a later date."

Aside from that ability to confirm that you recieved the mystery box, where do you see that it'd be patched into PoE1 on/by Jan 8? I only see that the free box's availability period would end on Jan 8.

I didnt get the box from christmas either despite loging in that day and checking my mtx

They could have just gift a poe box and not the other game box then this wouldnt have happened.

3 weeks after the release of 3.28 is when it should become interactable.
