+4 on boss tree is stupid, stop it with the "1 shots"

i love the effect of the overseer tablet, i love the increased hp the bosses have that makes for longer more interesting fights

but the "ONE SHOTS"

HAVE TO STOP

the slam damage is absurd, and isn't ok

im a melee build. im SUPPOSED to be a tank. im not "building out damage over defense" i have 45k effective hp

this is NOT FUN

keep the HP increase of the bosses from +3 to +4

but STOP raising the incoming damage

it ruins citadels, it ruins literally every boss that has any "slam" attacks.

some of the bosses wont even freeze and get stuck at 99%

i LOVE this game.. but this " 1 shot" bullshit needs to stop.

its HORRIBLE game design. literally HORRIBLE

it makes me want to quit.

and when i quit.. I STOP SPENDING MONEY ON YOUR GAME

i refuse to run +4 now, simply because its fucking miserable

i dont want more damage.. i dont want to be able to "wipe the screen instantly"
i want to be able to have REASONABLE expectation that IF I PLAY AS TANKY AS I POSSIBLY CAN. im not going to get 1 shot from max hp by an offscreen move or an aoe i can't get out of in time.

if people are building glass cannon then sure... maybe getting 1 shot is a trade off for 1 shotting things back.
but if im building a FUCKING TANK

i second this fun concept but not melee friendly the dmg increase just ruins it for melees even stacking ehp making the boss points less attractive. miss time the slame oh? u gone
I just don't even bother allocating the +level on bosses, because what's the point? Far as I can tell, it doesn't improve valuable drop chances on anomaly, citadel, or pinnacle bosses, and I've yet to see anything valuable drop from ordinary map bosses.

So, why bother? Why make them take that much longer to kill and hit you harder for maybe a couple worthless T4-T5 unID items?

Slam damage is usually physical. Think 7k physical at level 80, before adding boss difficulty nodes.

You either need 100k armor, or you need to be able to dodge roll. Stand behind the boss at all times, and you won't die often.

If you want a literal tank-everything build, never move out of the way, it's possible with some classes, but the gear is rare. Probably only possible in trade league for lots of currency.

My advice: add armor and roll more.

I have no idea what you are on about.
There is one boss , he is a slam attack.
He just shows up wearing different pixels.

Every boss is the same, one shotting slam .
Or mix it up , leaping one shotting slam.
Or the pinnacle , Club in hand, one shot extending 150% arc past the end of the club leap slam..

Of course the solution , run in a circle.
a small one...

i play 8/8 on citadels for calamity fragments to drop but it's the only "profit" you get from maxing boss tree.
All bosses have tells and patterns when they use skills.
Learn how the boss works and act/react thereafter.
You're NOT supposed to stand still and tank everything.
