" Given the proportion of GGG's art needs that get outsourced, the company's not in a great position to answer your one-person "demand". Why you think they should care about the latter is anyone's guess... Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
