The problem you run into right away is the question of pricing.
Do you re-release full packs with their corresponding tiers?

Well, now you're in competition with all the current league specific/core packs that are 10x the quality and value.
Given the choice the vast majority of thinking adults will purchase what's clearly better, and re-doing all the old mtx to be up to scratch would be virtually impossible.
Hence, they'd potentially start a PR nightmare for nothing, as the amount of people actually buying all that outdated crap would be minimal at best.

Do you release them individually?

Are you willing to pay 500$ for a singular armour pack + maybe a pet/portal, or completely outdated weapon effect that smears your whole screen with goo? Didn't think so.
Do you expect them to chop those packs up and sell them for 60 bucks a pop, even though some tiers used to cost multiples of that? Yeah that can't go wrong for them at all.

Idk, I've seen some of the MTX from supporter packs that look really cool in PoE2, and all the supporter packs until 3-4 years ago look better than most of the stuff in the PoE2 store, it's sad to say this but even uniques look better than what you can buy in PoE2, but there's no such a thing like transmog unless you pay an indiviaul use of it, not cool GGG.

Also I would say it's the opposite, older supporter packs were way cooler than the ones we've gotten in the last year, with many useless MTX like the lvl-up, or so many Uniques Finishing mtx they even tried to mix it up with rare Finishing effects, it's always for unique enemies, also the armour sets are way less cool, instead of the Aesir viking god or the Anubis god or the Annihilator supporter pack, all those came with cool armour sets, cool wings, cool weapon skin for all weapon types, cool weapons effects, plus the portal and even more sometimes.

The new ones only have an armour set, maybe with a portal to match and if we're lucky we get a weapon skin for only a few specific weapons, no weapon effect to match, no character effect, with a lot of random stuff that end up being worthless like the lvl-up effects and so many HOs, like no more HO pls.
