" the modifier tiers. basically there is a chance gambling a 2h axe is basically just using an id scroll on one you found on the ground. and of course early league it matters. That is where slams were ahead of everything else. Endgame go out and compare an acc stacking jugg to slams. Or the old EE trickster to slams. Lowered how much Modifier Tier Rating is granted to Rare items generated from Kingsmarch Shipping, Kingsmarch Mapping, Gambling and the Genesis Tree.

GGG probably just hates Melee.
POE1 is afterall about zooming, offscreen, autobombing. POE2 having the same thing is the real problem. |
