Traded in 9/9 Humility Cards and got a clean Tabula Rasa. After a minute, I use a Vaal orb on it and pop out this.

Found this scepter yesterday, can still craft spell damage mod on it.
Also found this, but that slow attack speed and missing any crit mod is hurting it. |

Not find but 2x yolo exed crit multi and hybrid phys. I consider myself happy as fcuk now.

Finally have something worthwhile posting and although it's not 'dear lord, look at those stats' kind of brilliant, it was a massive upgrade for me.
To me it just seems like the average quality of drops is worse than ever before. |
