Actually bought that first doubting from Elreon for 8c Edit: Oh and I remember now..the 2nd one was form a Unique Strongbox in Promenade (my 1st ever unique strongbox). Lol...after spending my last few exalts and some chaos on stuff for my newly resurrected Scion from 1.3...this little beauty drops during an Elreon daily. This was immediately after adding him back to my hideout...and I almost skipped him in favor of Tora!
