Alright. Lets address some accusations shall we? My name is Psyclone-BnR Chieftain and Founder of Clan BnR. You Mythal was banned from Clan BnR due to multiple reasons which out of respect for him I choose not to go into. Secondly, Mythal made this post AFTER he was banned from Clan BnR. Third, Mythal and Myself have never had a conversation regarding the details of this Clan, its affiliates or its facts. He was given the basic run down by an Administrator and has had no longer then a 15 min non-extended conversation with me.

This Guild is 19 years old. Formed by me in May of 1994. For those of you unfamiliar with the gaming world please check when Diablo 1 Beta was released. NOONE stated that we started out on Battle.Net. This Guild does employ multiple people based on other business practices non Guild related. Legion Gaming is actually a Business. Check the Ohio Atty Generals Office for the business name and its owner. Chris S. That is me as he claimed earlier. I suggest you do your research properly vs using wiki as a resource. Colleges or facilities of education dont even allow wiki as a resource. You sit there and make multiple accusations using extreme foul language to get a point across on a gaming community in which people will believe everything.

As for accusations of hacking or stealing, I will post a list of our rules here, so that everyone may read as to how our guild is ran.

"Please read each of the following rules carefully, as failure to comply with any rule may result in warnings, suspensions or bans.

The Golden Rules
1) You must be on teamspeak while gaming. You do not need to be an active participant on teamspeak if you do not wish to be. However, you must be logged on.

2) There is no trading with members regarding Diablo-II. We help each other out with gear and services when we are able.
Trading is defined as: To engage in buying and selling for profit.

3) Treat others as you would like to be treated.


General Rules

-Gear
Do not accept gear from a Member or an Administrator with the intention of selling or trading that item. If you no longer need the item, then pay it forward by giving it to another Member. Failure to do so will likely result in warnings, possible bans, and the loss of respect of your Co-Members.

-Begging
Do not beg for anything, such as gear, a spot on the Administration Staff, etc.

-Impersonating Others
Stealing another person’s identity is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, saying you are another Member or creating an account or character name similar to that of another Member. This also includes posting as another Member or Administrator.

-Hacking Accounts
Phishing, hacking, or scamming another person’s account is strictly forbidden. If you are found using even a small virus or hack against another Member, website, or clan you will be permanently banned.

-Theft
If you intentionally steal anything from any Member or from this clan, you will, at a minimum, be permanently banned.(Theft is defined as something that is removed from ones possession that is not yours or you do not have permission to posses)

-Botting
Due to our relationship with Blizzard and their end user license agreement, Clan BNR does not approve of the use of third-party software. This includes map-hacks, flood bots, D2 run bots, and channel bots. Only users with special permission from Executive Administration may host these bots.

-Flaming
Flaming will not be tolerated. This includes anything from petty name calling to full on abuse and general rudeness to outright threats. All people involved will be punished. If you feel you have been treated poorly, then simply tell an Administrator and the people involved will be dealt with.

-Discrimination
Discrimination of any kind directed toward anyone will not be tolerated. Treat others as you would like to be treated or you could be banned. Protected Status Include: Race, Religion, Sex, Creed, Nationality, Sexual Orientation, Occupation, Medical Disabilities, Kin.

-Administration
The Administration Staff is equal to all Members. Please do not use an Administrator in defense of your position or as a witness. That can put an Administrator in a difficult position, and will not add to your credibility. Also, the Administrators must follow these rules; if you witness them breaking the rules, please let another Administrator, preferably Chris or Marty, know.

-Pruning
Pruning, removing members as a result of inactivity, is to be done by Chris or Marty only. Violations of this policy will be investigated and may result in suspension, demotion, or ban of the involved Administrator(s).

-Spam
Spamming/Flooding in Teamspeak or the forum is strictly prohibited.Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it.

-Adult Material / Obscene Material
Do not post any form of pornography or any image of human genitalia. There are young members in this clan, so respect their innocence. Printed or visual material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity with the intention of displaying sexual acts will not be tolerated. Posting of animal on animal or animal on human sexual acts will also not be tolerated. Postings of substance abuse including but not limited too: Pictures, Texts, Videos, Blogs, Facebook Pages or the like depicting substance abuse will also not be tolerated. Please keep the material clean and family oriented.

-Ripping Content
Ripping/Plagiarizing content from other Members, websites, or any copy written material is not allowed. If you post this content, it will be deleted and possible disciplinary action taken.

-Backseat Moderating
Do not moderate your own or another Members dispute. Do not post any content stating policy. Instead, contact an Administrator with any disputes, and post ideas rather than policies. Any post in violation of this rule will be removed and possible disciplinary action taken.

-Grammar
Please make sure what you are posting is understandable. When anyone uses run-on sentences with no punctuation it can be hard to understand them. When a person uses all capital letters or capitals to begin every word it can be annoying to the other Members. This is not a requirement, but your words represent this Clan; please represent us well.

-Trolling
This is basically harassing other players and can be done in multiple ways. Do not feed the trolls or become one. This can result in a loss of respect, as Members often do not appreciate the content that trolls represent. This can also result in discipline up to and including a ban. Trolling is a form of bullying and will not be tolerated.Trolling is someone who posts inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as a forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion

Those our the rules that govern this guild. These rules are also seen at www.clanbnr.com. I dont understand why people feel the need to make outlandish accusations because they were banned.

In regards to this Guilds financial backings or investments, quite frankly thats noones business? Do I ask you for your social security number? Do I ask you for the balance in your bank account? I would suggest that you dont ask us for ours. As for scamming we do not tolerate that in anyway and we are under no way affiliated with organizations that do so. We give out coupon codes to those webpages because not all of our Members have subscriptions to the newsletters that are released and yet some of them like to purchase items for ease as opposed to finding them in game. We give the codes that are PUBLIC to anyone with a subscription as an attempt to make life easier on our Members.

As for the webpage dates. Many people in this Guild were here when I was on deployment with the United States Military. During such time we had several issues with the leadership at that time and had to re-build those webpages. The dates are the dates in which these sites were rebuilt. Those were dated for 2002-2004. We then had an Administrator who took it among themselves to delete everyone on the Forum yet again. Thus meaning we had to re-create this site dating for 2012. Its not very hard to understand that we continued to adapt thru this.

Golden Web Awards are given for different aspects of webpages. I suggest you do further searches on this as im sure you will find what you are looking for. Wiki yet again doesnt list EVERY webpage that has EVER recieved a Golden Web Award. I suggest contacting them yourself.

I too have contacted our sponsors at Logitech, Machinima, Visionary Custom Controllers, Blizzard Entertainment. And yet none of them state ever speaking with you or knowing who you are at all. I find this rather odd that you would claim that you have such high connections yet dont mention 1 name at all. If you wish to know who I spoke with I can be glad to answer these questions for you. You could have at anytime contacted me to answer these questions vs relying on what your poor research has drawn up then making an un-educated opinion on something that obviously could have been solved if you would have simply asked. You claim that your "questions" went unanswered, yet you never asked questions. You never took any interest in this Guild since you were here. You claim that you make "Multi-million dollar companies" Yet here you are acting in the most un-professional manner with the cursing and the language. I would have expected more from a self-proclaimed, college-educated, millionaire.

Either way, I will not continue to stoop to your level as I do hold myself at high regard and I respect the Members of both this game and this guild.

I'm pretty sure he'll be glad to answer these questions for you. We can at anytime contact him to answer these questions. We can't claim that our "questions" went unanswered, if we never ask questions.

What questions need to be asked? If that previous post is true, the leader of the guild said they give out coupon codes for websites to purchase in game items. Pretty clear cut RMT support.

I guess my questions would be:

Can we have a link to your Golden Web Awards? Because after looking through their site and making a couple searches, I can't find "BnR" or "Legion Gaming" anywhere.

With Mythal's blessing, could we have clarification on why he was banned? It seems pretty sketchy to act like you're withholding information "out of respect for him"

Can we have some links to some of your supporter companies that would verify their support? Its much easier for you guys (BnR) to dig up this information than it is for our community to go on a wild internet goosechase for something that may not be there.

Can we have a link to your induction into the "Gaming Hall of Fame"? I've never even heard of that.

GnR's response to Mythal's claims just seems way too defensive, and completely lack of any real substance to argue their legitimacy.

Side note: In my several years I spent on D2, I had 3 lvl 98 characters and dueled at the top level several days a week, but had very little exposure to the handle "BnR".

Side note2: Some colleges do allow wiki as a source for research, given it isn't the only source.

I went into the TS server and I didn't get any RMT spam. The only evidence I've seen myself is the clan's chieftan/founder admitting to passing coupon codes for sites that imply the sale of items to allow members to purchase items.
