you are entirely correct, the microtransactions are optional.

if there's enough feedback that would suggest to GGG that it would be profitable to have an expensive tier for resusable effects then they might just implement it. same goes for premium tabs as an account-wide option rather than per-tab.

bitching and saying "you wont get a dime of my hard earned dollar" gets us nowhere, and is an empty threat in all respects. if you cannot be a constructive member of the PoE community then perhaps we're all better off without your money.

for now take some time to let the 0.10.0 changes sink in.

take everything Chris and the team have worked hard to create for a spin.

Fixed a bug where you could add Piety to your friends list.

Chaos Inoculation now grants no additional energy shield bonus. Its complete immunity to chaos damage, synergy with Blood Rage and other skill combos are deemed sufficient upside to counteract the life penalty.

What does that mean ? Am I able to use Blood Rage if I have CI ?

Blood Rage makes you take chaos damage over time. Since CI makes you immune to chaos damage the drawback of using Blood Rage is nullified. i think you're confusing Blood Rage with Blood Magic btw:)
