If you want a game that has no p2w and is f2p, look at Dota2, everyone starts with all of the Heroes. In LoL you'd need to spend countless days grinding to even be able to try different characters or become "competitive" and be forced to buy others.

In PoE you can do anything without paying a cent, if you need more room, use another character! You can definitely get by with only 3 tabs, especially in a new League starting out.


On another note, am I the only one excited by the nerf to Incinerate? I hate when there is one build that is so glaringly efficient/cookiecutter that everyone does it, ruins customization/personalization of builds/players..

(And on that same note, I thought CoC was supposed to be dead when they nerfed the proc chance? What gives.. <_<)

Stash tabs make it p2w? LMAO!! I've played this game continuously for over 2 years, mate. I still have just the default 4 stash tabs. And yes, I trade. I even have a shop. I have a decent stack of exalts to my name too. And I do end-game maps. All I can say is LOL at your concept of what makes a game p2w. :D

I find it hilarious that people consider $20 for some stash tabs too much money. If you cant spend $20 then log out and go to work.

Aspect of the Eagle, still takes an awful 12+ points to get out of the tree. You tell me that's efficient? When other classes have 10-11 points? The old layout, while still bad, was actually better than this new layout. I do not understand how this is an improvement on pathing.

That entire section needs a rework, or more attractive options for shadow / ranger to even consider taking this pathing.

So much for incinerate being the same, spent about 50 EX to build up chaos incinerate to be moderately decent and it got nuked completely, yet I see some stupidly op builds that just got that much stronger, what the hell were you guys thinking?

Have you tried? I did for a couple of days while making a new account (ironically to not deal with the messy stash tabs). I would say its almost unplayable. This feature is purely p2w, and one of the most powerful p2w element I've encoutered in games I've played. I'm not complaining at all, and I love being able to buy tabs, but it's seriously p2w.
