i made a attempt to get four socs on my shield 160 later no luck

I had spent at least 300 jwl to try to 6S my 20Q armor... nothing.
With the new patch, i spent a jwl.... nothing. It consumes all my Q. I spent 20 arm to get again a 20Q, spent another jwl and..... Now i'm going to fus to get at least a 5L. I think ArmS an BSW are going to get higher value with this new patch. Roma timezone (Italy)

Are 5-6 sockets / links guaranteed with 20% quality, or can you still roll a single socket?
