They stop trying to game the bleeding edge of builds. You're not supposed to be completely impervious to a T15 boss. You're supposed to stand a good chance, but not have a guaranteed clear. That's the absolutely end-game before Atlas, and will be a part of that bigger end-game with Atlas.

Every single build in the game can stand T15 core boss w/o dying if its played by player that know what to do. Its just way harder (with some of the build to the point that only pr0 can do it)

But I was able to do rare T15core boss without dead. With character who will die tomorrow. I's not my fault that developers changed unrelenting ascendancy point. To gain all charges. I didn't ask them to do it. And now? After couple months the are nerfing it. That's unprofessional. They do change for couple months and then nerf it. It shows amateurism.

I don't think so. Only to know mechanics of bosses is not enough without defenses. Many builds are glass canon only. They cannot stand up T15 bosses.

i hope im not too late, but how about for shaper of desolation you get a 20% proc chance to get elemental conflux for 4 seconds. all damage has a chance to apply a shock, an ignite, or chill, or all 3.

adjust procs and duration accordingly, but change the mechanic to have all damage apply only one with a small chance to apply all three. maybe 20% chance for 30% 30%, 30%, 10% for 4s or a 30% chance for 33%, 33%, 33%, 1% for 6s. for example.

maybe im confused about the new version, but won't it constantly refresh itself? or will it proc alot less for it's long duration? i feel like it is too strong but what you're trying to change it too is really weak especially if people are going for the free prolif because they would most likely not rely on the first keystone for elemenal ailments.

Could you please clarify is that concerns all mines modifiers or only remote mine gem? Only base skill dot (Vortex ground dot for example) or only secondary (poison from bladefall) or both?

Ofc they can. There is something called "dodging". Instead of standing in one place face tanking boss and wishing that RNGesus will save us, use ur own skills. As long as you are not one shoted, its totally possible to clear Core. Even when you are one shoted, you can "dance" and dodge everything. The problem starts with twinned core, because there is no space to dodge both bosses at the same time (for glass cannons).

I bet there is player who cleared (or is able to clear) core w/o death using something like Elemental Hit. The fact that you can't do something, isn't enought to say that it's impossible.

Indeed, there is such a thing as "don't stand in the fucking death zones".

I recommend training on ikaruga or touhou.
Does the 1trigger per frame rule apply globally or per item?

Lets pretend i have a CoC setup in my chest and dual wield cospri's malice and mjölner.

I cyclone into something and crit with both weapons at the same time, do all 3 sources trigger? and if not which one will?
