Hacked Accounts

From what I see I'm not the only one who has been robbed, I have the same thought, something is happening. I have the thought that they do not steal our orbs and objects to play, steal and then sell it on the internet and I like it that does. I'm not angry, I'm disappointed to have put so much time wasted. I hope you understand what I mean.

Oh yea BTW... Changing the email address on the account doesn't need any type of verification... good job on that one GGG

Not really:

It would only help to remove 'remember login details' if you think someone has access to your physical hard drive to take the saved account data. In that case though, the same person could/would install a keylogger on your harddrive and just get your account when you type in your password.

In fact, it might even help you to keep it on 'remember login details' since any generic keyloggers not meant to do anything more than getting what you type in won't be able to read your password if you get them AFTER you saved your login details.

Also, even if someone gets your password, they shouldn't be able to login from elsewhere without having to confirm their identity with a code sent to your mail.
So in any case, that should stop them, except in the case they do have access to your mail, but then they could also just reset your password.

TL;DR: No, it will not help.

I dunno for other people (I didn't feel like reading the whole post), but my account was blocked because someone else from nowhere tried to enter into my account. All I had to do was change my password and get the e-mail to unblock it to be safe again. I don't see how much of a danger it can be (unless that nowhere person is from where you live, in that case you are pretty much doomed).

that is the first thing i heard that should be changed! [no i was not hacked (keep my fingers crossed)]
i am curious what exactly means "unique password"
if one password like $fgh&6^fdd_linkedin was used a password like $fgh&6^fdd_poe may look unique but its essential the same as the compromised linkedin password

Same here I haven't play for a month, came back and all my orb "currency" all gone! Does any know if GGG gonna investigate this? I put way too much time in my farming for this to happen.

Got hacked tonight from China. Looks like GGG was on it fast though.

Account hacked account cleared !!!!!! :(
