Best-in-slot for offensive amulets if you get a good enough roll. If it can go down to 30%, it will be like a 7th link. Will probably need to be more mindful of golem health in certain situations. Also, I don't know if I can recommend it for HC.

Do any of the new 3.4 minion notables/passive tree changes modify the tree for your build?

Spiritual Command
The Spiritual Command cluster now grants a total of 43% increased Minion Damage, 7% increased Attack Speed for minions, 7% increased Cast Speed for Minions, and 40% increased Minion Accuracy Rating. The notable also causes increases and reductions to Minion Attack Speed to also affect you. These benefits are split across 3 small passives and a notable.

Sacrifice:
The Sacrifice cluster now grants a total of 30% increased Minion Maximum Life (down from 36%), +15% to Minion's Elemental Resistances, Minions Regenerate 3% Life per second, and 0.5% of Life Regenerated per Second, split across 3 small passives and the notable.

Righteous Army, Spiritual Aid, & Redemption:
There is a new cluster just north of the Celestial Judgement/Celestial Punishment cluster which grants Minion benefits. In particular, the farthest node causes Increases and Reductions to Minion Damage to also affect you.

Also of note:
The Mana and Mana Regeneration passives on the righthand arc of the Witch's rightmost starting cluster have been replaced by Minion Damage, Minion Attack Speed and Minion Cast Speed passives.

At a cursory glance, I'm leaning toward no. The things to consider with the new nodes are:

① How many passives am I spending to get there?
② Would I be better off slotting another Harmony with those passives instead?

First, let's take a look at question #1 with regard to one of the new clusters:

Spiritual Command
 ※ Cost: 6 passives
 ※ Benefits: +43% Increased Damage, ~+7% More Damage, others=no value
 ※ Value Per Node: ~+7% Increased, ~+1.2% More

If you're a Necromancer, then it's worth it, because you probably want to path there anyway to get the Sacrifice nodes for your spectres. For Elementalist though, spectres are a waste. So is pathing through the INT and DEX nodes to get there (hence bumping the cost from 4 to 6). Side note: your total increased cast speed works like a More multiplier on L.Golems because their main attacks are not bound by cooldown (the orb is on cooldown, the orb strikes are not)

And now question #2:

Primordial Harmony
 ※ Cost: 4-5 passives
 ※ Benefits: +60-80% Increased, +40-45% cooldown recovery speed, +2% golem regen
 ※ Value Per Node: ~+15% Increased, ~+10% CDRS, ~0.5% regen

Comparing "Value Per Node" is a little hairy, since it's not really apples to apples. But based on those rough numbers, I think you can probably guesstimate which choice is giving you a better deal. You can repeat the process for the other clusters and basically come to the same conclusion. It makes sense from a design-perspective as well. After all, it would be strange for generic minion nodes/clusters be more valuable than nodes/items specially dedicated to a specific build.

Note that this only applies to Lightning Golems. Ice Golems, for example, will get great value out of the new Minion Accuracy sources in the tree. So there are cases where you would trade a Harmony or two to grab some those.

Out of all the new clusters, only Righteous Army seems remotely worthwhile to me, and even that one is still less DPS than Gravepact. I'd consider the three new nodes out of the Witch starting point if my next jewel slot was too far away and I was satisfied with my EHP pool.

Not good in english... in 3.4 do you change your build for this golems? cause i wanna try golem build, and cant find the best option... I see what new amulet will be the best option for your biuld? am i right?

There will be a few minor changes, but it'll basically be the same. The best option depends on your goal. Roughly speaking:
HC → Presence
SC → Primordial Chain or Perquil's Toe

That's a cool staff. :) Doesn't help minions though unfortunately. The "global" still only covers player damage (whether it's chaos, ele, or phys). Even if was 300% minion damage, dual Clayshapers would be better. Might be interesting for a melee or self-caster Necro though.
