" In all seriousness, there would be some thing spawning on maps. You would click on it. You would fight monsters and kill them. You would hoard leaguescrap a, b, and c. That's it. That's the bright future that was stolen from poe1. Another generic slop of a league where 5% of the game changes and you mostly do the same crap again. |

" Since the playernumbers for poe1 are growing for more than a decade most players seems to like it that way, right? German saying: Schönheit und Funktionalität in Sekundenschnelle zu ruinieren, ist dem wahren Dilettanten keine Herausforderung!
torturo: "Though, I'm really concerned, knowing by practice the capabilities of the balance team." top2000: "let me bend your rear for a moment exile" |

Joking aside I was really close to rage uninstalling the game myself. I attempted 2 play sessions of warrior and had negative fun in both sessions. Like I logged out with a bad taste in my mouth and no desire to play the game again. Haven't done anything but watch a few videos and read some of the Reddit feedback the last 3 days. Definitely felt the wave of relief from touching grass and staying off the Internet.
Nothing wrong with PoE 2 is unfixable. In the next 6 months I'm sure it will get to a good state. |

i wasnt feeling it so much during the weekend but it's growing on me now that loot has been buffed a lil and i die a little less (hardcore).
some weird things bother me.. like herald of ash won't work for shockwave totem when im pretty sure it should. hoping it's just some EA quirk ;) still prefer poe1 so far. |

I'm not, yet, sure, if I like POE2. Sure, there's obvious things .. grfx are a bit better, music is still not bad, it's an ARPG, still has a huge devl tree (which in the end only will produce a few used builds though, like poe1).
What I didn't like in act 1 personally is that evertything just swarms you. The moment enemies see you, they're over you and it's a brawl. I enjoyed sniping in POE1 with ED/Contagion etc. It was slow, since you dodn't run through everything and instaexplode the world with other builds, but it felt somehow awarding to be the negative energy ghost. In Act2 a few slower hulks and zombies join the fray .. bit better. POE2 feels a bit to hectical atm, a giant klickfest of abilities. Sure, there's some people, that like that. That's fine, to each their own, but I wish I could play this a bit more peaceful than just being in a constant clusterfuck of mobs, especially as a which and not a tank. Boss fights are ... doable so far, with ED bolts and a few minions, but I did need to grind it to max first, so all gems were level 5 for the act 1 boss and I had all necessary support gems and found two items with +1 to all minion gems. Otherwise, the bosses HP lasts enough so one of the fog phases or lightning beams gets you randomly .. it's not just skill there, whatever the fanbois and boasters say. So far I'm willing to look a little further in POE2, especially since it's in beta. |

it's so funny to me to just self-report your skill issue like this
