Jamanra the Abomination made me quit the game

Adds?
What adds?
The crawling zombies during the sandstorm?

This is your problem with that boss?
If anything adds are always a godsend for players as it let them recharge their flask.

This boss is pretty thought, but for a single reason in my mind, his ranged auto attack, where he throw one of his spike, is needlessly hard to dodge because of the size of the AoE it creates, so the dodge window for that thing is painfully too short, this is made way worse by the fact that in his P1 he will spam that attack at a pretty insane rate (and it funnily enough means that his P2 becomes way easier as he doesn't AA as much).
The only boss I was convinced was a cheater was Blackjaw. I swore at a few of the fights. I put a lightning charm on for jamanra. that's about the only thing. Crossbow merc. I freeze and stun. I couldn't even think of the ads the guy was talking about for the longest time. The ad phase on this guy is a joke. He does nothing but summon a sandstorm you go stand behind the sekhema and delete ads. If you are having trouble deleting white mobs, go look for a better weapon. Post your quarterstaff. I bet you have done no work on it.
I thought the same about Blackjaw until i realize i have to change the direction with each of my dodges to avoid his chaining attacks and then it was easy as hell. Took me maybe 7-8 attempts to figure this out :D
Incomprehensible to have thought it so difficult for the second act.
Definitely nerve-wracking
Strange ,would rather put him in the nothing interesting bosses bucket, but I'm range, and range plays 1/3 of the game mechanically speaking.
Been at this [Removed by Support] for 3 days total rn with probably close to 100 wipes...

I play warrior and its incredibly painfull just trying to do some dmg.
Got 3 incredibly good Legendaries but still no effect whatsoever.

People can say "Git gud" but i honestly think you cant with this boss.
Dont get me wrong i love a good challenge but doing fuck all with dmg and evading etc doesnt seem suitable for this boss for certain classes
(Also a casual Path of Exile player)

I feel ya its a tough af boss.

Its Early access still Love the game. Hopefully some nerfs/buffs incoming

Yes, some classes can kill him quickly. The others, cannot.

Let me guess, witch? Sorceress? Ranger?

Try it on monk. If you say it's easy on monk, you're a damn liar.

I'm gonna level my monk right now just to prove it to you.

Average take by someone who has zero idea what they're talking about.

The fight is 100% bullshit.

Just here to +1 this thread. I quit after Jamanra The Abomination. It was funny because this was the thread I came here to see if it existed.

Fight isn't fun at all, just a ridiculously overtuned rollfest.
This boss is way too hard and way overtuned. The ones who are saying they beat him quick and it's not that bad struggled just as bad as anyone else they just threw themselves at him until they beat him because they have no life no job and live in their mother's basement. Some people have to work and some people try to be hardcore gamers who do so. GGG has significantly effed up this game in so many ways. It could be so good but at this point Diablo 4 does so many things better that you cannot say that this game is better than Diablo 4. I hope so many people quit the game on this boss that they have no choice but to revamp the whole game. It's such a shame that developers as talented as they are can be this retarded and F up so bad.
