support has been absolutely horrendous and disappointing

Y'all really dropped the ball this time around.
I understand its a big release, Its EA, blah blah blah.
You guys should have been way more prepared.
This is really just unacceptable.


I reached out day one of release because of purchasing in two places, asked for one to be refunded to my account so I can spend the money on your MTX and no response. Had to open another support ticket after getting error messages from your email for nearly 2 weeks.

I still have not received the funds to my paypal OR my POE account or any type of refund at all. I haven't had any type of response.

Now I can't even purchase anything in game or on the website AT ALL FOR LITERALLY NO REASON LMAO. No card, no paypal or any other type of payment.
Absolutely NO REASON for this to even be happening. I've been buying stuff for 8 years with ZERO issues. I didn't even charge back or anything else with paypal yet. Can't even purchase through epic games.
I'm stuck with literally no way of buying more stash tabs or other things I need in game right now.

Eye opening experience to say the least. I really hope you guys get your crap together.

Literally no reason. Never reversed a transaction etc. I literally asked if they could just put the extra funds on my POE account just to spend more money and now this trash is happening. And I haven't gotten my funds put back anywhere.

I am truly surprised at how badly GGG is handling this all and the lack of preparedness
they have a support team that manages to handle a "normal" influx of people (league launches)

Shit hit the fan with EA though and they are hiring more people to work through the backlog...still going to take a while though.

It is a joke 3 weeks the only answer I got was asking me for the info the first email gave exactly and I went above and beyond in the first one with trasaction ids and poe1 characters but no... my account is still locked... feels intentional at this point.
Can't do anything since most of the staff is on holiday. Have to wait to get a proper answer sadly.

While I agree with the holiday stuff (Got a pointless email on the 25th) my issue was before the holidays
holiday or not, give me my money back. feels like a con.
