The Life Leech Support gem now starts at 5% leech and progresses in smaller increments up to 8.8% leech at Level 20.

IIRC the gist of one of the devs comments on Silverbranch changes...
Items that have rolled values would be difficult to change and might have legacy versions, and items that have set values will automatically change.
Then again - when multiple projectiles got sorted into two separate gems (lesser and greater) the 'legacy' versions became greater multiple projectiles.

To the best of my knowledge, this is not in this patch but will be addressed in a 'b', 'c' or 'd' style patch (assuming it's still being done, which I expect it is).
I may be wrong about whether it's in 0.10.8 - this was the first patch that I wasn't in charge of (I let Carl lead this one), so I'll ask Carl tomorrow to see if it made it in and was accidentally missed from the patch notes. I suspect it wasn't though.
Time for placing freeze mine 1/2 a second, time for detonation, 1/5 of a second. hellooooooo frosty mobs :P now its not a bad waste of time to place mines when the group can kill fast, less time spent planting, more time spent ranting.
Looking forward to it, tho i might haveto respec depending on how fast the mines go down, i was headed for faster mine/trap placement nodes........ although im grateful in drows because i no longer haveto worry about getting "accidentally" stunned and interupted because of that 1 second activation time :D that was a brutal flaw that always hurt.....

they did say that the drops would be addressed IN FOLLOWING PATCHES if you also notice in this patch notes PIETY DEDICATED MAP SLOT and this tidbid

2 new parts that can give you easier map drops to get you STARTED on them, as for the complaints about being tired of farming 66/67 maps for 70+ you should never run out of maps, even solo period i have used all my 66 maps and now have only 67-69 maps, only i have double what i had before and yes, i did solo grind the 66 because i wanted xp. if you arent dropping more maps (because i know quite a few people chance roll theirs for 50-110+ quant mods) then im not sure what your doing wrong, because i aint wearin itemfind gear and still constantly gain maps, maybe find some friends to tag along (remember those? those people who wont snag that divine and exalted when its not theirs? havent found any? shame. i have :P one of them even handed me a chaos that i didnt even know dropped for me. hit me up if you want to get started on that shit)
