Need ideas for a Unique Flask!

Hm,

I heard GGG has a pretty big waiting list of diamond supporters still. I wonder when they'll get to me =x

I think my idea of a truly unique flask, would be a flask that grants a permanent effect(s), at the cost of permanently losing a flask slot. Not sure how I'd balance the stats it would get, or the drawbacks; but, thematically I like the idea of a unique flask granting a permanent effect, while it's equipped.

Edit:
If Zeus gives you the elixir of the Gods, do you really think the effect is going to last 4 seconds?

HOW could that be exploited when the player's damage is reduced by 90% during effect? Consider the fact that trying to kill an end game map Piety would be stupidly difficult to accomplish with this flask effect up, because if you missed the timing, you'd have no way to even fill it back up. Anyways, looks like somebody liked the idea of a magic finding flask and made a flask that is even easier to use than the one I suggested.

All damage dealt is turned into Chaos damage.
