We've tested many, many builds with this change and most characters still gain a lot of benefit from the skill.

Because of careless developers I've spend for my build one exalted (CwDT) and five alchemy (supported gems). After 1.0.1 I won't be able to use it as planned - so, GGG, when you gonna give me back my orbs?

whole point of gem was so i dont hwave to cast molten shel aendurance and curse all the time i will just quit i dont whant to spend my life like in diablo playing somthing and tomorow developer gets on bad side of bed and nerfs builds completle MABY U FORGET IT IS NOT OPEN BETA ANY MORE. no Changes on the fly or refund my transactions i dont hwant to play some scam game where u bait ppl then nerf destry builds.

For each 1% quality, adds a -0.3% HP needed.

It gives life builds much more flexibility.
Noted that a Level20 20Q of this gem need a 16%HP damage taken to cast the affected skills.
Based on common Life builds with a minimum of 4k Life, It requires 640HP to cast it.
For builds with 5k Life, it requires 800HP to cast.

By doing the current change, you require someone to take at least a 2k HP hit to their health pool before casting the affect spells, that single hit required is too much imo.
Not everyone has a base HP pool of 5-7k.

This is just a rough sketch of a change, % values are still up the the developers to change if they are ever taken into consideration.
Basically this just makes CwDT into a more subtle place, doesn't require that little HP to cast, but doesn't require that much either, % based also helps low-life builds without crippling their threshold to take in damage.

funny thing is, this happened all the time in poe. all the time. but back then people said "relax, its beta, its supposed to change".
