wow just wow this blows soo hard.
my tripple curse build is broken now. ty everything has already been said by countless others. i demand a respec of my build that depends on cwdt. you cant introduce a gem like this and then not change it but utterly destroy it.
in my build i have to manually enduring cry, molten shell, first curse, sec course, third curse, fourth curse, shock nova, discharge.
im long dead before im finished...

And talking about Purity, i run most maps easily (i've partied 2 times just for the sake of testing maps) but it's not a big deal, you will usually get the Purity of X depending of the boss you are fighting.


All my chars are level 69+ with the highest @82. Only 1 (ONE) has more then 3000 life while the other have 1800 to 2500 life. Yes, I don't have "wtf top end" gear as I play 99% selfefounde (trading sucks to much for anythink else).

And I can remember, that GGG wanted to get away from the MUST HAVE all life-nodes in 1.0.0. Now you MUST HAVE all life-nodes AND top end gear to make this game worth using! And even if you have enough life ... why should I wast 4 sockets for somethink that triggers THAT rare? Even mobs at level 70 maps die to fast to make CoDt worth using it when leveled past 5!

Again:
- reduce the damage penalty at low levels (30% MAX at levle 1, 2% less/level (0 @15, +10% @20)
- reduce the needed taken damage at high levels (750 damage MAX at level 20)
THEN it might be worth to be used again!

And NO! I will NOT start to use every damn life-node just to make this suport gem working!

As someone who originally was supporting the CoDT 0.25 second cooldown and telling people they were overreacting... this change is really stupid.

Chillax dude i'm a reave build and kickass, and i've used some of these skillgems and i'm barely one of the thousands that don't even check forums, get your facts straight fella.

Slower projectiles for ST
Reduced duration for traps

Fine with CwDT. Haven't started putting it to use yet. Not missing anything with the change.

I also don't think Chris intended people to start building entire characters around a single support gem, but that's probably just me.
