Does running the Assassin ascendancy "Toxic Delivery" on a build where I convert most of my physical to elemental damage do anything? Will the chaos damage scale off my physical before or after it's converted?

why doesn't voidheart have melee attacks poison and bleed listed as 100% in character sheet. all it shows is non melee attacks chance.

Also after another test vs a lowlife character with shavs unequipped and zero life regen, i was actually dealing zero chaos damage. Leads me to believe this belt is currently broken.

In that case, you may want to collect technical details of your test (nothing fancy needed, just enough so that developers can recreate the conditions needed to show the bug, although I think videos tend to help) in the Bug Reports forum.

Does Vaal Pact work on Slayer ascendancy?the Endless Hunger and Brutal fervour?
Does leech effect work with Vaal pact?

When you take Vaal Pact, you can Leech, but you can't have Leech Effects - for no period of time are you in a Leeching state, you just Leech (instantly). Thus, you can probably answer the question for yourself, but here are the answers below:
  • 20% of Overkill Damage is Leeched as Life Yes
  • Life Leech effects are not removed at Full Life No
  • 100% increased Life Leeched per second No
  • +10% of maximum Life per second to maximum Life Leech rate No
  • Cannot be Stunned while Leeching No
  • You are Immune to Bleeding while Leeching No

I really wanted to answer this question definitively, but of course, 3.0 included some changes to derived DoTs, so I can't say for sure. All I know is that before 3.0, it was based on damage after conversion, so if you converted all your damage to elemental, you wouldn't be able to meaningfully Poison or Bleed. Logically, this behaviour would carry over to 3.0, but we'd have to wait for Mark_GGG, someone who's tested, or someone who's heard from one of those two sources, to be sure. (But that takes forever :()

He's asking about the 20% of Phys Gained as Chaos Damage modifier, goofball :P
Damage Gained As is calculated in the same step as Conversion: even with 100% Conversion, you still gain 20% of Physical as Chaos Damage. This Chaos Damage then scales with both Physical and Chaos Damage dealt modifiers.

Is it true that if a level 99 player plays in a party with, let's say, levels 95, 99, 83, 85, 80, he will get less experience than if the party was full of level 99 players because the lower level players somehow "leech" xp? This is something I've heard repeated by numerous players and why they refuse to take lower level players in map rotations.

An extra reason why I'm curious is because on the Wiki, the opposite is actually stated. Namely, that a higher level player will get a bigger share of experience if he plays with a player who is of a significantly lower level.

Which of the two is true?

Still hoping to get an answer to this, ty.

Please, anyone :(

I'm in a debate with a friend on if item rarity affects card drops at all and was hoping you could settle the debate. All the info I've found so far is community based, so I can't officially win the debate without you. My buddy believes that item rarity may affect the "rarity tier" of a divination card that drops, whereas my suspicion is that cards have no rarity and that only drop chance from IIQ would benefit you farming the card you want to find. This seems to be overwhelmingly backed up by the community, but no official sources. So the question is... does IIR affect card drops in any way at all or is it strictly affected by IIQ? More specifically, are there "rarity tiers" affected by IIR for cards or is there only a set drop chance that would be increased only by IIQ?

The evidence I have to support my belief on how it works from the wiki is "This modifier has no effect on the number or type of currency items, scrolls, or gems that drop since they have no rarity like normal, magic, rare or unique." and I don't see that cards have rarity, so I stated that only quantity would help with drop chance. However my friend points out that div cards are not explicitly listed here and claims that this means that item rarity would increase the "rarity tier"(?lel) of the card dropped.
Please help me put this argument to rest and confirm on the record that IIR has no effect on the chance to drop better or more rare div cards.

Thanks
Hello, i have a question about Lightning Strike.

If i go close to the enemy, but not in melee range, can more than 1 projectile hit him? since the projectiles at start point are very close to each other

The rarities in PoE are normal, magic, rare and unique.
Divination Cards are all normal (or rather, a separate category outside of rarities entirely).
Rarity has no effect.

No. This would fall under shotgunning, which was removed a long time ago.
Hello, i have a question regarding abberath hoves.

Does the character size affects in any way the number of steps ( casts ) of the boots or its only based on the movement speed and distance travelled?

Thanks!
