It doesn't. Frost Blades explicitly mentions it has +Weapon Range, because it uses said Weapon Range to determine targets. Blade Flurry does not, because it uses an AoE to find targets. Rory was speaking of single-target Skills, which... use Weapon Range to find targets. | |

Nickname: OnceCharger Level when i found the problem:81 (now 84+) Hi, there is the proplem: I have bonus - gain 40% of Maximum Mana as Extra Maximum Energy Shield, 30% from Sanctuary of Thought and 10% from Mindspiral Also i have +174% to ES from paassive skills, +92% from Intellegence and +80% from Strength (Shaper's Touch). Total result + 346% to ES. Now time to calculate. My level of mana is 4812. 4812 x 0.4 x 4.46 = 8584 only from mana without ES from items ( with items + passive skills must be 12420) My real level of ES with items + from mana = 7877 7877 ≠ 12420 Thx, for attention. | |

Is it true that if a level 99 player plays in a party with, let's say, levels 95, 99, 83, 85, 80, he will get less experience than if the party was full of level 99 players because the lower level players somehow "leech" xp? This is something I've heard repeated by numerous players and why they refuse to take lower level players in map rotations.
An extra reason why I'm curious is because on the Wiki, the opposite is actually stated. I have a question regarding the pantheon "Soul of Arakaali" once it has been upgraded by capturing "herald of thunder". I am wondering if you have to stop taking all damage over time that you are currently taking for this buff to procc. or if you for example could be running rightous fire and blood rage, and get this buff from immortal call stopping the damage from blood rage.

" 12420 - 8584 = 3836 so your gear have 3836 es and you have wrong calculation your ES from Maximum Mana cuz all increases calcu together so your ES from Maximum Mana will like this "Base Maximum Mana" * 0.4 * (1 + increases mana % + all your increases ES % ) i guess you have ~200% increases mana % so 1604 * 0.4 * (1+2+3.46) = 4144 4144 + 3836 ≒ 8000 much close your situation | |
" First of all where i can find this formula in game? 2nd base mana is not Max mana 3rd mana and ES have difrent multipliers so it cant calculate together | |

Probably a rather simple question: Me and my Friend playing RF builds (him on totems me on the char). If an enemy stands in overlapping circles - with DoT, how is determined who/what gets the kill?
If I for example have Incr. Rarity linked to my spell and he has not - what counts? Same goes for a hypotetic char which uses both: totem RF and self cast or any other DoT effect linked with IIR.
