For Gearing Wand is missing Crit. Chance, would try to get a Piscator's as good Rare's are skyrocket high expensive. Dps. might go down, but having a high base Crit. Chance should feel better and give you a more consistent Damage output.
You also get Acc. from it, which is missing on your other Gear Slot's, you want 90%ish chance to hit.

Try using Point Blank in the tree, this will give you a DPS boost for single target.

I wish they were 34ex, sadly more like 45-55
