It is a pricefix attempt being fueled by the very same streamers that morons hero-worship, most of which also promote RMT and botting sites which I find hilarious since people are constantly bitching about such things yet throw their money and attention at people who support and/or are supported by them.

What's the safest move here? Hold onto Exalts or convert to Chaos?

Looks like I should have sold my Exalt earlier. But good to see something is being done with all the bots and RMT. It's getting real tiresome to see spam about these sites every few minutes if I'm silly enough to enable global chat.

In this league, exalt prices suddenly dropped from 180+ to 130ish.

At this same exact time, GGG banned numerous bot accounts.

Reasonable hypothesis: Bots have a significant impact on the economy. It's likely easiest to have bots simply farm for chaos orbs which are plentiful this league due to incursions. Thus, the market is flooded with chaos orbs and all items will become more expensive relative to chaos orbs.

GGG then banned numerous bot accounts, eliminating a significant amount of chaos from the economy; as a result, prices dropped especially exalt orb prices.

In terms of drops, this league likely is similar to breach as other posters have pointed out.

TL/DR - strong circumstantial evidence exists that bots are a large factor in driving the price of exalts to 180+ chaos this league.

thats probably the most stupid thing Ive read on these forums so far this month. the levels of false information and wanton self deception mixed with self hating ego protection crammed into one sentence is quite an achievement.
