" Excellent point, the Delve chaos drops are impacting it as well, I'm sure. Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! GGG will implement a different method for ascension in PoE2. Retired!

" So we need more exalted to drop in mine to balance things out ;p |
|
" Even if chaos dropped more than any other currency while delving , exalts shouldn´t be the only thing getting inflated. GCP are still 1/1 , the chaos drops like candy logic should bring the GCP prices to or close to 1/2. Just sold 2ex for 144c each and the buyer put 148 for the 1st one, She/He didn´t even care. My call is that exalt prices will raise some more and honestly , I dont care that much, more chaos for Zana mods for me. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2844110

" Superior gems drops like candy... in lab. As always happened. In deeper delve depths they drops just like in every other T16 areas. Besides, look back in this topic and check all funny theories, made by people to explain exalt/chaos rate. Lots of different ideas. Like “oh, after incursion completing chaos drops like candies” or “people do mass chaos recipes, using rares, which drops like candies from incursions” or “breach was nerfed, no chaos sink and people do massive chaos recipes”. Check yourself, it is easy. Then GGG decided to raze some "bot farms" to the ground and suddenly rate drops from 180/1 to 70/1. Now we have the same situation and rate is not on level 180/1 until now just due to massive chaos sink, as we can run practically any “elder” map for 15c price. So currently there is only one question – whether GGG decide to raze some bots again, which is “good” for broad playerbase, but very bad for those players, who are stupid enough to buy some pixels for real money (if somebody is willing to buy exalts for dollars, then he will buy MTX too – very valuable morons from GGG’s point of view). To conclude, now it is solely on GGG (Tencent), what they consider to be better for business. Game with bots invasion, which ensures the inflow of currency to the most valuable players or game without it, more pleasant for “average, chaos farming players”. |

GGG and RTM: a love story

Makes sense. If bots and the people who buy from bots bring them more money their hesitation is completely justified.
haha maybe they shouldn't have done the purge in Incursion. Now the excuses simply don't fly. |

Exalts keep rising in price, but in the end this doesn't seem to be a problem.
There are other ways to make an exalted orb. One would be to trade divine orbs for it (people do that). It's true that divine orb value is also rising, but to a lesser degree than exalted. Suppose you buy 6 linked stuff at 15c a piece. You buy 7 for 105c. Then you find people willing to trade 7 divines and a half (they exist). You end up spending ~114c instead of 140+. I agree, chaos has been dropping everywhere in delve. The smallest "abandoned wealth" chest can yield 2 chaos orbs. Maybe ex should drop a bit more often.. Have fun though! One's demise is always one's own making.
