EXALTED ORB Price Shenanigans [Delirium] 127:1 What is even going on?

Is it bad or good if exalted orb raises in value?
What do YOU think?

That depends for who. It is definitely "bad" for new, "ordinary", "casual" players or in general for every player who "earns" in chaos, as more expensive items are listed in exalts, so those players have to farm more chaos to obtain them. In opposite, it is “good” for players who are able to “earn” in exalts, but need chaos orbs to do that. For example, yesterday I sold two crafted trinkets for 2 exalts, craft cost was approx. 70c for both, so my net. profit is about 210 c – 1.5 exalts on current prices. For me “expensive” exalt is “good”, as I "earn" in exalts, then sell part of earnings for chaos to stay in bussiness :)
you realise the ratio is that way because it has never been easier to farm chaos?!?!?!?!
since I have no hope for significant game design improvements in this game I am officially done with Path of Exile. done for good
Thats what they said last league too. Then suspiciously once the bot bans happened the price dropped immediately. Its like they made chaos orbs harder to obtain, right?

and they should just make it official. player number would go through the roof if you could (technically) make real money in this game. there's really only one real money economy mmo in existence (entropia universe), and that has the 15 year anniversary right now despite being an extremely grindy (you think you have to grind a lot in this game? lol. no comparison to entropia) and technically shoddy product.

people LOVE real money economy, and since it is already a massive thing in poe, why not capitalise on it (but then you really would have to stop botting of course or it doesn't work). game would still technically be free to play, so no problem there. money would only be exchanged between players with a very limited rake (or none at all even)

It was a bad move by GGG, they shouldn't have banned the bots, if they didn't there would be plenty of people who'll excuse the ridiculous ratios. Now that the cat is out of the bag they cant depend on smoke and mirrors.

Sorry for the mistake.

During Incursion, GGG and one of the poe's bots broke up so GGG banned him. Sad story
But hey, folks, there is small hope for you yet :P From what I just read on "Annoucment" section (I usually never read it, because there are only information about "new MTX" or some "interviews with paid clowns" ... eee ... streamers I mean):

"Due to excellent players retention there will be no monthly event this time". Translating into a comprehensible language "Because our team is already barely breathing and can not work at the same time to patch up buggy Delve, inventing and developing a new event and creating new content, because we recklessly decided to create it every three months and now we are cornered, there will be no monthly event this time".

As you can see, this message had to reach the owners of bot farms at least three days in advance, because more or less during this time rate "glided up", meybe not to the sky, but around 15%, which is big change. Therefore, if they exaggerate again, as in the incursion, maybe in the last month GGG will throw some bone to "plebe" and will ban the bot or two :P
IT is obvious that GGG doesnt seem to be taking this bot situation seriously. Also the currency bot flippers are a plague aswell.

Sad :(
