Hello, I am currently playing this build in Betrayal league. I was wondering what shield would be recommended if using combo sceptre + shield? Is any generic shield with high crit chance and spell damage good enough or would you recommend any specific base for the shield or any unique item such as Esh's Mirror? Thank you in advance! Awesome, thanks for the clarification. I played this last league so was confused about the SA stuff, even though I read the guide fully. I think since Bone helms are so expensive right now & I have a starks, I will just stick with that. Now do I ditch SA right now, or wait till I get more gear ... decisions, decisions. Blade Furry is an attack skill while Shield Charge is a movement skill. Did you mean Whirling Blades? If so, you use WB if you are dual wielding daggers/foils. If you are using a shield, use SC. End Game Tree Once you are high level and rich enough to afford warlord's mark ring and good jewels (life + 2 damage mods) I recommend the following tree: poeplanner * MoM has to go because Aspect of the Spider is available again and it is too good to miss out * Go for the second curse with the Whispers of Doom cluster. Use Herald Of Thunder / CWDT setup same way it was used for Warlords Mark before the ring.
