Games closes randomly

same here. crashing every 10-15 minutes to desktop. 8 hours of trying and testing. gone trough all the procedure, even installed a backup nvidia gtx 280. the result was constant crashing after 5 seconds. back to 1st card - back to old crash rhythm.

Same here.... Now I can't play this game... Closing game every 3 minutes on map... Thanks.. Maybe i will be back when you do something with it...

same problem here. whatever i do sometimes the client freezes for 1-2 secs then closes without any message. I deinstalled and installed the game, and tried many other things but its still the same. Sometimes i can play 30 minutes, sometimes the game closes after a few minutes. )=

I'm having this issue as well.
Anything that I do, even if it's just sorting my inventory or walking through a field or in a middle of a fight, the game would just randomly close with no error message.

I crash randomly with no error messages BUT its more frequent when the monsters break free from a legion encounter....

Exactly the same here.

MSI Afterburner tell me all temps and loads are absolutely fine.

I fixed my random game closing with no errors since the last time I posted , its been over a day and no issues at all!!!

The steps I took:

1) Right clicked start - event viewer - apps and looked for any poe related issues (found that my poe had corrupted files that came with the legion update)

2) Uninstalled and reinstalled the game (deleted GGG folder after uninstall , redownloaded the installed and ran it as admin)

3) Went into my program files - ggg - poe folder and created a shortcut for the x64 client (using windows 10 , using the x32 on windows 10 can be more demanding and cause issues like random closing of games) on this shortcut I set properties to run as admin.

4) Once the game was installed again I launched and before logging in I went into ui - network - predictive

After doing the steps above I haven't had my client randomly close.. when it was happening 5-10x a day! (big change) , At least check in your event viewer - apps to see if there are any errors for poe , If it's closing and isn't giving you an error it's almost garunteed its a corrupted file within the poe file itself with the recent update.

Hope this fixes your issue. I struggled and grew frustrated suffering the same issue as everyone else but after much complaining I released it wasn't ggg's end , in fact during an update .. some files got corrupted. Best of luck guys and gals.
