Hi All, ive been running this budget build currently at level 87. DAMAGE is insanely high with just Pledge 5L on Tier 5 maps. Just walking over mobs. I have around 5k life and max 75 elem resistance with 18 Chaos Resistance. I think i have a fairly descent gear but no where near those insanely expensive Standard Gear. Im using Kaoms Boots right now. My question is, should i use boots with slots and place Artic armor or Herald of ice and cold snap? Or should i just replace Grace with Arctic Armor? Grace seems to be out of place on this build. I still feel squishy at some tier 5 metamorphs. BTW, i think i have 3ex room for upgrade. My gears cost me around 100c. Any suggestions?
I would focus on 6 linking your staff and then getting a 5 linked The perfect form. Then start saving for Pandemonius and skyforth upgrade.
6 linked pledge of hand is a very nice damage boost and once you have that you should be able to move into t14+.
For defense a watchers eye with 10% MoM is nice as well.
Thanks for your suggestion. I was able to save up and purchased the upgrades. Now im looking on Watches Eye. Damage is OK. But my defenses are a bit lacking on certain type of monsters. There are Rare Tier 12 that i easily die. Any suggestions on things i need to improve?

Elemental Focus is a mistake. You can't chill, you can't freeze. Thats why you are dying.
If you are on tight budget get Hypothermia. If you got Exalts buy Awakened Added Cold Damage or Awakened Cold Penetration. I suggest both.
Also I am not a big fan of Skyfort's. Omeyocan gives you up to 20% dodge and spell dodge which is huge. You need more mana on your gear to get full benefit of this boots.
As for Skyforth - stun is not a problem, power charge generation you can do with frostbolt + power charge on crit. Later upgrade to Farrul's Fur so they are obsolete.
Why allocating Storm Weaver? Get Heart of Ice. Its way more dps - more dps = everything dies faster = less chance to kill you.
Same goes for jewels. Get cast speed + crit multi + life for more dps. Flat cold damage/spell damage/area damage is bad for this build.
Change Rotgut for Rumi. Fix your mana flask! I strongly suggest checking my gear.

If I fail to dodge an attack and I block it my character just sits there for like 5 seconds spam blocking attack after attack until I eventually die.

One thing that is absolutely driving me nuts is getting effectively stunlocked while my character spam blocks attacks. Am I doing something wrong? If I fail to dodge an attack and I block it my character just sits there for like 5 seconds spam blocking attack after attack until I eventually die.
Stun/block is one of the annoyances the build has to deal with in some way. Budget Build has Kaom's Roots (slower, has anti-synergy with Pandemonius, but very beginner-friendly). Standard Build has Skyforth which has an anti-stun mechanic and is an all-around good option. If you use neither of those, there are a few other options, such as Brine King pantheon, flask suffix craft, boot enchant.

Yes, thats what I've done. Buy any % and divine till 10%.

I mean I can find 10% MoM, but cant find Multiplier while Precision
