Welcome to the thread! We have a great friendly group of people here who are very creative (not me :) ) and helpful.

Ask as many questions as you have. The more questions, the more we all learn and can improve our knowledge and maybe the build itself.
OK I have run a bunch of semi juiced T15 maps and this flask is very nice!

If any one is in the market for something different in their flask set up, give this one a shot. It is really cheap too if you just want to try it out. A good roll is only like 4-5c. And a poor roll is only 1c so no real cost to experiment if you want.

I also realized this flask will have added synergy with the build when we get this belt enchantment

Hmm, I think I realize I had been making a mistake with baking maps.

I have been baking once and then checking the mods and chucking it if I see something bad.

But then I realized what was bad for our build might not be bad for another build so I kept baking until tier 7 and sold it for 65c to some one else.

So from now on, if I see I good reward listed I will keep baking even if it is a bad downside mod.

Good suggestion. What do you consider good or bad mods for us?

I think the reward type would dictate the price as well. Sirgog just put out a video where he says there seems to be a bias toward stacking the same scourge reward, and that seems true to me. For example when I baked a map where I got up to "rare drops 3 maps", with the number increasing on each bake. I stopped baking it because it was low tier, and now I have a lot more low tier maps XD

First of all great build. I have a bit of a mana issue and need to run a mana flask. I don't know if I missed something. Is the -3 mana for channeling mandatory or is there something else I don't see?

I imported your toon (hail savior of Dune!) and if you enable wave of conviction exposure and arcane surge, you have 90 mana regen which is enough to cover your incinerate cast speed. Since those two are conditionally applied, and triggered skills also cost mana, that may be where you are falling short.

The map I sold had -1000 life per second in nightmare (yuck) and -40% chance to block (double yuck). Mods like that are awful.

hello!

One thing I see right off the bat is that you have the wrong small cluster jewel.

There are two bases of small clusters that can give you Self Control.

1) ES based

2) Mana efficiency based

You have the first but you want the second.


But to answer your question, yes the mod -4 mana for channeling (look for 4 as that is the best) is VERY good. It removes almost all mana sustain issues by itself. You can get it up to -4 mana and is very easy to get on the rings.
I personally went with Uncompromising node, I think either will work, you can check which one gives you more mana back

Uncompromising has a stat that is not needed for us.

Uncompromising has increased Stun threshold which is meaningless to us where as Self Control has mana regen which is useful.
