Refunds in the MTX store shouldn't be a "one time deal"

I've gotten after GGG a few times for not showing each character in armor sets. Not showing front and back and similar. It's not every pack but sometimes the lazy footage pops up.

The current ones don't show each class but I give it a pass due to potential model changes.

IMO. If they don't want to be good sales people with presentation. I just won't buy it.
You can't really just assume things with these packs.
