You lose 34% movement speed for mapping - you gain 10% with the Elusive Buff

You lose 8% permanent Damage Reduction - you gain 10% reduced Damage Taken in extremely rare conditions. That's just so bad. That's not a "specialisation" change, that's a nerf!

These changes doesn't contribute anything for specialising Assassin. He just got nerfed.


Assassin already have immunty to crit so, it is not JUGGERNAUT or SHIELD BEARER or GUARDIAN,build it is an assassin, and still have elusive with 2 immunities so still op, just no that fast, get 100% crit...

Removed 50% DoT, 10% spell dodge, 6% reduced damage taken and buff a 1% life/ES recovered on kill. yeah, that's a POWERFUL options for trickster.

The biggest problem here is that everyone was waiting for minor nerfs to every meta ascendancies and good buff and mechanics changes on never played ones.

But you just strongly nerf everything without adding anything notable and that's kinda stupid..
As others have said, the nerfs are wayyyy too strong. Assassin gets absolutely gutted and Trickster also gets nerfed super hard. There was no addition or give and take, it was just straight nerfs. Forcing us to go elusive with Assassin is stupid. Removing defense, speed, and damage is way too much. Damage maybe but Assassin builds usually get one-shot anyway and the speed is most of the reason I play Assassin. I really hope a lot of the changes get dialed way back or are simply reverted. I think it's better to buff the weak ascendancies instead of completely gutting the strong ones until no one wants to use them.

Take x% less damage -> filler stat, YEP, remove
Master of Metal -> filler node, YEP, remove
Assassin -> filler class, YEP, remove

What's next? PoE -> filler game?
Congrats GGG you become Blizzard and the Dev Team of D3, it appears you think that losing 50% of damage is not a loss compared to the win of nothing by the way I thank my internet for die and made not buy a pack. Thanks maybe I'll look for a new build when the patch notes come, or you just decide to give a roll back to this INSANE rework, with this post you made worst your previous post with all the NERFS you apply.

Meanwhile, welcome to the Blizzard Family where we nerf everything so that way we don't need to work more to give real balance to the game.
